AI Automation

Stop paying people to copy things between screens.

Every business has work that is important but mindless: re-typing an order, chasing a quote, checking a stock level, filing a receipt. We rebuild those jobs as automations that read, decide and act — so your team spends its day on the parts that need a person.

Capabilities

What an automation can take over.

Each of these is a real workflow we have been asked to build. Most clients start with one and add more once they trust it.

Answer and qualify

Read an incoming enquiry from WhatsApp, a form or email, work out what is being asked, reply with the right information and score how serious the lead is before anyone reads it.

Move data between tools

Keep your store, sheets, CRM and accounting in agreement without anyone re-typing. Orders, payments and status changes propagate in seconds.

Read documents

Pull line items, totals and dates out of invoices, receipts, purchase orders and ID documents, then file the values where they belong.

Follow up on time

Chase unpaid invoices, silent quotes and abandoned carts on a schedule that does not depend on somebody remembering.

Report without being asked

Daily and weekly digests of sales, enquiries and unfinished work, pushed to WhatsApp, email or Slack instead of assembled by hand.

AI agents for real tasks

An assistant that answers from your own documents, drafts replies in your tone, and escalates the moment it is out of its depth.

Anatomy of a build

How one workflow actually comes together.

Automation is a sequence, so here it is as one: the same enquiry-handling job, from trigger to handover.

Trigger

Something happens that used to need a human to notice it — a WhatsApp message arrives, a form is filled, an order is paid, a file lands in a folder.

Understand

The automation reads the content in whatever way it was written and extracts the facts that matter: what is wanted, how much, by when, from whom.

Check your systems

It looks up what it needs from your own data — stock, pricing, delivery windows, whether this person is already a customer — so the answer is true and not generic.

Act

It replies, creates the record, raises the task, sends the document or books the slot. Anything risky is held for approval instead of guessed.

Hand over and log

A person gets the conversation with all the context already attached, and every run is logged so you can audit what happened.

What you get

Included in every automation build.

  • A written map of the workflow before anything is built
  • Fixed price and timeline, agreed before work starts
  • Every integration named and confirmed up front
  • Testing against your real data, not sample data
  • Failure alerts so broken runs surface before customers notice
  • Run logs you can audit at any time
  • Handover documentation and your own accounts and keys
  • Direct WhatsApp support from the person who built it

AI automation FAQ

Questions we get asked before signing.

What counts as an AI automation, versus just a script?

A script follows fixed rules and breaks the moment the input changes shape. An AI automation can read a message written in any phrasing, work out what the person actually wants, pull the facts it needs from your systems and then act. In practice we combine both: AI for the judgement, plain automation for the reliable mechanical steps.

Which tools and platforms do you build on?

We choose per project rather than forcing one stack. That usually means a workflow engine such as n8n, Make or Zapier for orchestration, a language model for the reading and drafting, and direct API work where a job needs precision or volume. You are told exactly what runs your automation and on whose account.

Can it work with our existing CRM and spreadsheets?

Yes. Google Sheets, Excel, Gmail, Outlook, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, Salesforce, WooCommerce, Shopify, Razorpay, Stripe, Slack, Notion, Airtable and anything with an API are all normal integrations for us. We confirm the full list in the quote before starting.

How do you stop it doing something wrong to a real customer?

Three ways. We set hard limits on what the automation may act on by itself, we route anything uncertain to a human with the context attached, and we log every run so you can see what happened and why. High-risk steps such as refunds or discounts stay behind an approval by default.

How long does an automation take to build?

A single well-defined workflow is usually days rather than weeks. Multi-step systems that touch several tools take longer, and we tell you the timeline in the quote. We would rather ship one working automation quickly than promise a platform in three months.

What do you need from us to start?

A clear description of the task as it is done today, access to the tools it touches, and one person who can answer questions during the build. That is genuinely it.

Next step

Describe one task. Get an honest answer on whether to automate it.

Send us the job you most resent doing this week. We will tell you what it would take, what it would cost, and whether the saving justifies it — including when the answer is no.

Tell us what you do by hand

Describe the task once. We'll tell you whether it's worth automating — and what it would cost — before you commit to anything.
