What we actually do

Almost every business we meet has the same problem, described in different words: a handful of people spend a large part of their week doing work that a machine could do perfectly. Re-typing an order into a spreadsheet. Answering the same six questions on WhatsApp. Chasing a quote nobody replied to. Checking whether a thing is in stock. It is not hard work. It is just endless, and it quietly eats the hours that should go into the business.

We take those jobs apart and rebuild them as automations. Some of it is AI — reading a message written in whatever way the customer felt like writing it, working out what they want, drafting a reply that sounds like you. Some of it is plain, careful engineering — moving data between systems reliably, thousands of times, without dropping anything. Most useful automations are both.

How we prefer to work

We start with one workflow, not a platform. A single automation that clearly saves time is worth more than an ambitious system that takes three months and never quite gets adopted. Once one is running and trusted, widening it is easy and obvious.

You get a fixed price and timeline before anything is built, and the number does not move afterwards. If we think automating something is a bad idea — because the volume is too low, or the process should be fixed rather than automated — we say so. That conversation costs us a project occasionally and saves the relationship every time.

Everything runs on your accounts, under your logins, with documentation handed over. There is no version of this where leaving us means losing your automations.

Where we work

We are based in Mangalore and we deliver remotely, which in practice means the location question rarely comes up after the first call. Automation is a good fit for remote work: it is specified in writing, tested against real data, and demonstrated on a screen share. Clients in the Gulf, Europe and the USA are handled the same way as clients down the road, and the automations themselves have never cared what time zone they are in.
